Booking Policies & Prep

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

At Bodycon Haus, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we require notice for any appointment changes. 

 

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to rebook.

Packages 

All packages have an expiration date of 12 months starting from the date of purchase.

 

Guest Policy 

For the comfort and privacy of all clients, no extra guests, pets or children are allowed during your appointment.

 

Payment Methods 

Cash, e-transfers and debit / credit card payments are accepted on the day of your appointment. Please note that a 2.5% fee will be added to all card payments.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire and are non-refundable. They may be used toward any service or course at Bodycon Haus and must be presented at the time of booking. Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

 

Appointment Prep

Avoid eating at least one hour before your appointment to ensure comfort and effectiveness. 

 

All deposits and services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
